Founder Profile

Founded by overseas Chinese entrepreneurs with 25+ years in Thailand.

YAGE Group was founded in 2011 by Mr. Duan Xinyi and Ms. Guo Dongmei — a couple of overseas Chinese entrepreneurs who have lived and worked in Thailand for over 25 years. Mr. Duan serves as President of the Thai-Chinese Real Estate Association and has long championed real estate and business cooperation between China and Thailand, building broad industry influence and professional credibility.

Reservation & SPA

We guide you through the booking deposit, Sale and Purchase Agreement review, and instalment schedule. All key terms explained in your language before you sign.

Transfer & Handover

At completion, YAGE coordinates the land department transfer, FET documentation, snagging inspection, and key handover. We remain available for rental referrals and resale support.
